FAQ Secure login on the Cenareo platform
What is Two-Factor Authentication?
Also known as 2FA, two-step verification, or dual verification, it is an additional security layer added to your standard password.
A unique secret code is sent to you in real-time via your email or a dedicated app. This is the most effective way to ensure that you are indeed the person trying to log in, even if someone else discovers your password.
Why is this setup mandatory?
We are committed to protecting your company data and that of your users. Security is only truly effective if it is universal. This is a natural evolution to guarantee a highly secure broadcasting experience across all your fleets.
Can I choose the dual verification method for my fleet?
Yes. Cenareo offers two reliable and easy-to-use connection types to retrieve your verification code (OTP):
By email: a code is sent directly to you by email at each login.
By app: you use a dedicated authentication app to generate your code. To simplify your navigation, you can select the "remember me" option to save your device for 30 days.

What type of dual verification is implemented?
The technical solution used is called OTP (One-Time Password). This system ensures that only the user with access to the associated email or app can validate the connection.
I log in via SSO on the platform. What does this change?
Single Sign-On (SSO), or unified login, is a system that allows you to log in to the Cenareo platform using simply your usual office credentials (such as your Windows, Google, or Microsoft session). This strengthens security by centralizing access management and simplifies your experience by avoiding multiple reconnections.

What happens if I delete my cookies?
