You can review the status of your players just as you do with screens, by filtering them by recommendations or potential issues using the Issue Highlighters.
You can also identify players that exceed a certain data consumption threshold (in cases where you use cellular communication and data usage may be billed to you). To do this, you must define your usage requirements so that Cenareo can configure it. This takes the form of a daily consumption alert to give you enough time to react.
Additionally, you can filter deactivated players by their specific cause: closed site, maintenance, stock, or deployment.
Finally, you can retrieve the IP address used by a player to verify your network configuration in the case of static IP or DHCP setups.
Performing a player analysis
You can export player data to an Excel file to conduct a comprehensive analysis of your players. To do this, select the desired players, then use the Actions menu at the top right of the screen.
ℹ️ Note: If you export more than 250 players, the file will be sent to you by email as soon as it is ready. If this happens, a notification message will be displayed at the top of the page.
