Grant rights on campaigns

The author of a campaign is its sole administrator. He can modify, pause, stop, or delete their campaign.

Content manager (at the fleet and user group levels) can manage all campaigns of their users. He has the same rights as the campaign author.

Other users can pause the campaign on the screens they have access to (they must have a publisher, manager, administrator access) or clone the campaign.
