Resending an activation email

Your new user hasn’t received their activation email?

Have he check the spam folder ?
If the email isn’t in the spam folder, follow these steps to ensure your user can join your team on the platform.

Why didn’t the user receive their activation email?

There are several reasons why the activation email might not have arrived. For example:

  • The email might be in the spam folder.

  • The email may have been accidentally deleted.

  • Your company email system may have security policies that block unregistered senders.

  • A firewall in your network might be preventing delivery.

  1. Go to your Fleet page.

  2. Select Users.

On the user table:

  1. In the left-hand column, go to the Status section.

  2. Select Inactive.

  3. Find your user.

  4. Click the gear icon next to the user’s name.

  5. Select Resend activation email.

A confirmation message will appear at the top of your page.

What’s next?

Your user should confirm that they’ve received the activation email. Once they do, they can start creating their first campaign!

If they still haven’t received it, proceed to the next troubleshooting step.
