Allowing you to quickly resolve an access block minimizes downtime and waiting for a support response. These simple steps help you avoid submitting a ticket and allow you to resume managing your content without delay.

Possible causes and how to resolve them
If you are unable to log in, the issue is usually due to one of the following three reasons. Here's how to quickly identify and resolve your situation:
1. Incorrect or Forgotten Credentials
This is the most common scenario.
Reset your password immediately using the dedicated password reset page.
2. Inactive account - new users
When new users are created, their accounts are initially marked as inactive on the platform.
To activate your account, please use the activation email sent to your inbox.
3. Blocked account - advanced security
This issue is less common and is usually related to your organization's security settings.
It may occur if you or your organization has implemented advanced security measures and access has been temporarily blocked after too many unsuccessful login attempts.
If your account has been locked, there is no action required on your side. Please contact your administrator or support team for assistance.
