Possible causes and how to resolve them
If you cannot log in, the cause is generally one of these three reasons. Here is how to quickly identify and resolve your situation:
1. Incorrect or forgotten credentials
The most frequent scenario
Reset your password immediately by using the dedicated password reset page.
2. Inactive account - new users
This scenario is frequent when creating new users
Activate your account using the email received in your inbox.
You haven't received the activation email?
Check your junk or spam folder.
Verify if you have any active filters on your messaging service.
Is your activation email empty? Temporarily disable your ad blocker.
3. Blocked account - advanced security
Less frequent, related to your organization's security
This block occurs if you or your organization have implemented advanced security, and access has been blocked after too many incorrect login attempts.
How to react:
There is nothing you need to do if your account is blocked.
