Supervision of the player connection

The Cenareo platform allows you to monitor the proper operation of your communication screens (in particular broadcasting and connectivity). To simplify the task and react more quickly in the event of an incident, the platform provides email notifications in the event of a disconnection from the internet.  

To configure email notifications, go to your screen page, click on “Settings”, then “Edit information” and finally enter the email recipients in the “Player status notifications” section.  

The recipients whose names have been entered will receive an alert when the player has been offline for more than an hour (A shorter time could cause the email boxes to be spammed unnecessarily. This is because connection micro breaks can be frequent and do not stop the solution from operating properly because the players store their content locally). The recipients in question also receive a notification when the player reconnects.
